Warranty & Returns

All software is fully refundable within a 14-day trial period. Once the the 14-day trial period has expired (that means 14 days after the software has been downloaded or received), the software is non-refundable. All software is warrantied for one year after purchase, which includes updates for new features and bug fixes.

All hardware is returnable within 30 days of purchase. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all h ardware returned within the 30 days. After the 30 days, hardware is not returnable. We may be willing to negotiate a buy-back price on a case-by-case basis. All hardware is warrantied according to the original equipment manufacturer's warranty.

Training

Up to eight hours of online training is included with the purchse of the Synergy Pro and Synergy Basic versions.
